Zaira is fluent in English and Spanish and can communicate with hosts and guests in either language.

Does Zaira's provide the alcohol?+
No. Zaira's operates as a dry-hire bartending service. The client/host purchases and provides all alcohol for the event. Zaira's does not sell, purchase, transport or store the client's alcohol.
What does Zaira's provide?+
Depending on the agreed package: bartending service, the transportable bar, bar tools, mixers, garnishes, cups, straws, napkins, menu planning, shopping-list guidance, setup and bar-area cleanup. The client provides alcohol and event ice.
Can you help us know how much alcohol to buy?+
Yes. Zaira's can provide shopping-list guidance based on guest count, service time and the chosen menu. The host makes the final alcohol purchase.
Is a second bartender available?+
Yes. A second bartender can be scheduled for larger guest counts or cocktail-heavy service.
Do you serve mocktails?+
Yes. Mocktails can be included alongside alcoholic drinks or planned as a fully alcohol-free event menu.
Do you offer bilingual service?+
Yes. Zaira is fluent in English and Spanish.
What area do you serve?+
Zaira's serves the Vancouver, Washington area and accepts Portland-area inquiries. Travel pricing may apply depending on the venue location.
What about Washington or Oregon alcohol requirements?+
Requirements vary by state, venue and event. Washington and Oregon have different alcohol-service rules, so any required venue approvals, permits or state-specific service requirements should be confirmed before the event.
How do I reserve a date?+
The current recommended terms are a signed service agreement plus a 25% non-refundable booking retainer, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. Final signed terms control.
